Joe appeared in the Psycho Series sporadically; he was part of the construction crew during the fix-up on Jesse's house in the HAUNTED SERIES. He first appeared in DARK WRATH OF EMMA! and then reappeared in BACK FROM THE DEAD!. Months later, he appeared in THE BABYSITTER! (PART 1) and THE BABYSITTER! (PART 2), hiring Jesse (with the addition of Corn) as his babysitters to watch his two sons while he and his wife leave the house. Before he left, he gave out instructions to Jesse on how to handle the children and when he returned, he talked with Jesse about how it all went, and about his pay check.
